Fresh Soups

When I was younger, my father would bring home his soups from the restaurant to sample. We’d look forward to his
hearty cream soups and light broth-based concoctions. We’d sit and talk about the day and break bread with a great
big bowl of soup.

Today, my father still makes his award winning soups at Horizon Cafe. Each morning, he sings, he laughs and he
